1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the MintBets platform (mintbets.com and any associated subdomain, mobile interface or application, the "Service") by LUXVERITAS LTD, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under company number HE 491127, having its registered office at Kerkyras & John Kennedy 11, Amaranthe House, Ground Floor, 3107, Limassol, Cyprus.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which describe how we process personal data more generally and the contractual terms applicable to your use of the Service.

2. What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used in order to make websites work, work more efficiently, or provide information to the operator of the website. In addition to cookies in the strict sense, this Policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, pixel tags, web beacons and software development kits ("SDKs") embedded in mobile interfaces. For ease of reference, all such technologies are referred to as "cookies" in this Policy.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the operation of the Service. They enable, among other things, authenticated sessions, the secure transmission of forms, the enforcement of geographic restrictions, the prevention of fraud and the recording of cookie-consent preferences. Strictly-necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Service securely and cannot be disabled through the cookie-preferences interface. Disabling them in your browser may prevent the Service from functioning correctly.

3.2 Functional cookies

Functional cookies allow the Service to remember choices that you make, such as your language or theme preference, and to recognise the campaign or referral source through which you arrived. They make your experience more personal but are not strictly required for the Service to function. Functional cookies are set only with your prior consent.

3.3 Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies allow us, and in some cases third-party analytics providers acting on our behalf, to understand how the Service is used in aggregate, to measure performance, to detect technical issues and to inform decisions about how the Service should evolve. Analytics cookies are set only with your prior consent and the data collected is pseudonymised wherever feasible.

3.4 Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and, where you have consented, to deliver content that is relevant to your interests on the Service or on third-party sites. Marketing cookies are set only with your prior consent.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies may be set by third parties acting on our behalf or whose content is embedded into the Service. These include providers of analytics, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, payment processing, content delivery and marketing attribution. Where a third-party cookie is set, the third party is independently responsible for the processing of personal data that takes place pursuant to its own cookie and we encourage you to review the relevant third party's privacy notice. We endeavour to ensure that each third-party cookie used in connection with the Service is subject to appropriate contractual safeguards and, where applicable, to your consent.

5. Managing Your Preferences

You may grant, modify or withdraw your consent for non-essential cookies at any time by using the cookie-preferences interface available on the Service. In addition, most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including the ability to view, delete or block cookies entirely. Information on managing cookies in commonly-used browsers is published by the browser vendor (for example, the relevant help centre for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Opera). Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. Where you withdraw consent for analytics or marketing cookies, the relevant cookies will not be set on future visits and any cookies previously set will, on next visit, no longer transmit data to the corresponding provider.

7. Do-Not-Track Signals

Where you wish to limit the placement of non-essential cookies, you should do so by means of the cookie-preferences interface or directly through your browser settings.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in the underlying technologies, or in the legal requirements applicable to our operations. The date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently updated. Where an amendment is material, we will notify you by reasonable means in advance of the amendment taking effect.
