Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player", "you" or "your") and LUXVERITAS LTD, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE 491127, having its registered office at Kerkyras & John Kennedy 11, Amaranthe House, Ground Floor, 3107, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter "MintBets", "we", "us" or "our"). MintBets operates the online gaming platform accessible at mintbets.com and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AML Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, the Bonus Terms and any rules or supplementary terms applicable to specific products, promotions or games. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and a product-specific rule set, the product-specific rules prevail in respect of the relevant product only.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register for or use the Service.

"Account" means the user account opened in accordance with Section 3. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, free bet, rakeback, cashback or comparable reward issued by MintBets. "Funds" means the cryptocurrency balance recorded against an Account. "Game" means any wagering product made available on the Service, including in-house Originals, third-party slots, live dealer tables and any future verticals. "Wager" means a stake placed on a Game. "Wallet" means the on-platform balance ledger used for deposits, withdrawals and gameplay.

3.1 Age and capacity

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access the Service. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Use of the Service by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Restricted jurisdictions

The Service is not offered to, and may not be accessed by, residents of jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited or in which MintBets is not authorised to operate. Restricted jurisdictions include, without limitation, the United States of America and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Spain, Curaçao, Cyprus, the Republic of Singapore, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and any territory subject to international sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States. The list of Restricted Jurisdictions may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion.

3.3 Account creation

Each natural person is permitted to hold a single Account. Registration requires the submission of a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password. You undertake to provide accurate, current and complete information at all times and to update such information without undue delay in the event of any change. Accounts opened on the basis of false, misleading or impersonated information may be suspended or closed and any associated balances forfeited.

3.4 Identity verification (KYC)

MintBets applies a risk-based "Know Your Customer" framework consistent with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing standards. We may, at any stage of the customer lifecycle, require you to submit identification documents, proof of address, proof of source of funds, proof of source of wealth, blockchain analytics confirmation, video verification or a "selfie" photograph. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawals, deposits or gameplay may be limited or suspended. Refusal or failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the closure of the Account.

3.5 Account security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, any two-factor authentication secrets, and any device on which your Account is accessed. All activity carried out through your Account is conclusively deemed to have been carried out by you. You agree to notify us immediately at support@mintbets.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access, suspected compromise, lost device, or any other security incident affecting your Account.

4.1 Accepted cryptocurrencies

The Service supports deposits and withdrawals in the cryptocurrencies displayed in the Wallet interface, which may include, among others, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Dogecoin (DOGE), TRON (TRX), BNB and Ripple (XRP). The list of supported assets and the networks on which they are accepted may be amended at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Wallet once the relevant blockchain transaction has reached the minimum number of confirmations published in our help centre at the time of the deposit. MintBets does not accept deposits originating from mixers, tumblers, sanctioned addresses, darknet markets or other high-risk sources. Deposits identified as such may be frozen, returned to the sending address less network fees, or, where required by law, reported to the competent authorities.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same blockchain address from which the corresponding deposit was received, unless an exception is expressly authorised by our compliance team. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds, as well as standard processing timelines, are published in the Wallet interface. Network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount. We reserve the right to delay a withdrawal where additional verification, source-of-funds review or fraud screening is required.

4.4 Conversion and exchange

For internal accounting purposes, MintBets may convert deposits, balances and wagers between cryptocurrencies and a stable reference unit at exchange rates determined in good faith on the basis of one or more third-party liquidity providers. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and that the fiat-equivalent value of your balance may fluctuate accordingly. MintBets shall not be liable for any loss of fiat-equivalent value arising from such fluctuations.

4.5 Inactive accounts

Where an Account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months, we reserve the right to apply a monthly administrative fee against the balance and, after a further period of inactivity, to close the Account in accordance with applicable law.

4.6 No interest, no credit

Funds held in your Wallet are operational balances used exclusively for gameplay. They do not constitute a deposit account, do not bear interest and are not insured by any deposit-protection scheme. MintBets does not extend credit and does not act as a financial institution.

5.1 Game integrity

Each Game is governed by its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, paytable and, where applicable, provably fair verification methodology. By placing a Wager you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules of the relevant Game. Where a Game is supplied by a third-party studio, the rules of the studio in question apply in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Provably fair Originals

In-house Original games rely on a provably fair model based on the cryptographic combination of a server seed, a client seed and a nonce. After each round, the prior server seed is revealed, allowing you to independently verify the integrity of the result. Verification tooling and instructions are made available within each Original game.

5.3 Disconnections and malfunctions

In the event of a network interruption, browser crash, server failure, or other technical incident occurring during a round, the result of the round shall be that recorded on the game server. Where a round cannot be completed for technical reasons, the Wager will be voided and any stake returned to your Wallet. Any malfunction voids all pays and plays.

5.4 Errors and obvious mistakes

MintBets reserves the right to declare void any Wager, bet or transaction that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrectly posted odds, incorrectly published market rules, incorrectly applied multipliers, mispricing, palpable error, or any error caused by human, software or third-party feed failure.

5.5 Maximum payout

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the rules of the relevant Game or promotion, the maximum aggregate payout per player per twenty-four (24) hours is capped at one hundred thousand US dollars (USD 100,000) or its cryptocurrency equivalent. Where the rules of a particular Game prescribe a different cap, the stricter limit applies.

6.1 General bonus terms

All Bonuses, including welcome offers, deposit matches, free spins, free bets, rakeback, cashback, leaderboard prizes, daily and weekly races, VIP rewards and referral rewards, are governed by these Terms, by the supplementary Bonus Terms set out in the relevant promotional landing page, and by any wagering or qualifying conditions disclosed at the moment of opting in. Where a Bonus is claimed, the supplementary terms form an integral part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering and conversion

Unless otherwise indicated, a Bonus must be wagered in full a defined number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The contribution of each Game class toward the wagering requirement is published in the relevant Bonus Terms. Wagers placed using Funds while a Bonus is active count toward the wagering requirement at the rate disclosed in the relevant Bonus Terms.

6.3 Bonus abuse

Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, without limitation, the operation of multiple Accounts, collusion, the use of automated software (bots) or scripts, low-risk or zero-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal exposure, exploitation of bugs or game-server faults, and any other activity which, in the reasonable opinion of MintBets, is inconsistent with the spirit of the relevant promotion. MintBets reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus, related winnings, and where applicable the underlying deposit, in cases of bonus abuse.

6.4 Referral programme

Referral rewards are credited only in respect of qualifying activity by referred users who are not, and have not previously been, registered with the Service. Self-referral, the creation of secondary Accounts for the purpose of earning referral rewards, and any attempt to manipulate the referral system constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of accrued rewards and closure of all related Accounts.

6.5 VIP programme

The MintBets VIP programme is an invitation-based loyalty scheme. Eligibility, tier progression, retention requirements and the value of associated benefits are determined at our sole discretion. VIP benefits are personal, non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

You undertake not to engage in any of the following activities while accessing the Service: (a) the use of any bot, scraper, scripted client, hardware emulator, modified client, or any other artificial means designed to gain an unfair advantage; (b) collusion with one or more other Players in respect of any Game outcome; (c) chip-dumping, soft play, or the transfer of value between Accounts otherwise than through legitimate gameplay; (d) the exploitation of bugs, glitches, latency or any unintended behaviour of a Game or of the Service; (e) the placing of structured Wagers across multiple Accounts; (f) opening more than one Account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person; (g) the use of payment instruments or wallets that are not lawfully owned and controlled by you; (h) abusive, harassing or threatening behaviour toward our staff, support agents or other Players; and (i) any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Where MintBets has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, we may, without prior notice, suspend the Account, freeze the Wallet, void affected Wagers, forfeit affected winnings and Bonuses, and recover by way of set-off any amounts owing. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent closure of the Account and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities.

MintBets maintains a risk-based anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing programme aligned with international standards, including the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and the Cyprus Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Activities Law. We screen blockchain transactions, monitor wagering patterns and apply enhanced due diligence in respect of higher-risk customers, transactions and jurisdictions.

You confirm that all Funds deposited to your Wallet derive from lawful sources and that you are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned person or entity. You agree to cooperate fully with any due-diligence enquiry. We reserve the right, at any time, to (a) request information regarding the source of your Funds; (b) freeze any deposit pending the outcome of a compliance review; (c) report suspicious activity to the competent authorities; and (d) refuse any deposit or withdrawal request that, in our reasonable opinion, would be inconsistent with applicable law.

Gambling can be harmful when not approached responsibly. MintBets is committed to providing a safe environment and makes available a suite of player-protection tools, including deposit, loss and wager limits, session time reminders, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. Where you set a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to log in, deposit, wager or claim any Bonus until expiry of the chosen period. Self-exclusion may not be reversed before its expiry. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, software, source code, audiovisual content, text, graphics, animation, sound and other material made available through the Service are owned by, or licensed to, LUXVERITAS LTD and its affiliates and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, the European Union and applicable international intellectual property treaties. No provision of these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence or right in respect of such material, save for a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, frame, mirror, scrape, sublicense, lease or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted in writing by MintBets or as required by mandatory law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MintBets disclaims all warranties, conditions, representations and undertakings, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted access or non-infringement.

MintBets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or the loss or unavailability of any cryptocurrency, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if MintBets has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of MintBets in respect of any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the net amount lost by you on the Service during the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) the equivalent of one thousand US dollars (USD 1,000).

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LUXVERITAS LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any right of any third party.

MintBets reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated by the posting of a revised version on the Service and, where practicable, by notification to your registered email address. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Service.

MintBets may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your Account or restrict your access to all or part of the Service where (a) we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or by a competent authority; (c) we identify activity that is, or appears to be, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise harmful; or (d) the continuation of the relationship is, in our reasonable opinion, inconsistent with our regulatory or risk-management obligations.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a request through the in-platform support channel. Closure of the Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to closure.

In the first instance, any complaint should be addressed to our support team by email at support@mintbets.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within seventy-two (72) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days. Where the matter cannot be resolved at first level, you may request that it be escalated to our compliance manager. Records of gameplay, transactions and chat communications maintained by MintBets will be treated as authoritative for the purpose of resolving any dispute, save in the case of manifest error.

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory provision affording you the protection of the courts of your country of habitual residence, the courts of Limassol, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

16.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MintBets in respect of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 No waiver

No failure or delay by MintBets in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise of that or any other right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. MintBets may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any successor in interest or affiliate without your consent.

16.5 Language

These Terms are issued in the English language. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
